Tournaments

Friendly competition, coach-led warm-ups, and a proper welcome for everyone on the sidelines.

MyTrainer UK training floor set up for a community sports event

MyTrainer UK organises community tournaments where clients and verified trainers take part together across the sports you already train for — from small-sided football and swim relays to strength challenges and racket ladders. Each day is structured so matches stay fair, warm-ups are coach-led, and welfare checks are built into the timetable. Alongside the competition we run a dedicated spectators’ zone with hot food, chilled drinks, and seating so friends and family can follow the action in comfort. Whether you are entering for the first time or chasing a seasonal title, our events team handles scheduling, equipment checks, and briefings so you can focus on performance and camaraderie.
